Test Metrics Lead – Conversion/Integration Program

Relevant Experience (Yrs)

:

5+ Years

Technical/Functional Skills

:

·         Solid experience in Quantitative Measurements and designing quality/testing metrics

·         Participate in the major testing metrics reporting decisions

·         Coordinate participation of appropriate project test metric resources (vendors and on/offshore resources)

  • Create metrics reporting schedule and communicate to all program

·         Possesses a solid understanding of SDLC and Quality Assurance concepts, metrics analysis, methodologies, and documentation standards.

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

·         Preferred knowledge and experience with HP Quality Center Tool

·         Test tool experience – Test Management, Automation, Defect Tracking, etc.

 

Experience Required

 

·         5 years of Software Testing experience (Integration and UAT).

·         3 to 5 years of banking industry experience

·         3+  years experience with HP Quality Center tool

·         Experience in lead role – managing metrics reporting for all phases of testing

 

Roles & Responsibilities

:

The Testing Metrics Lead for the Conversion/Integration Program will provide test metrics planning and reporting for the conversion/integration of the new acquisition.  

 

This role requires a seasoned QA metrics resource that has experience in planning and executing overall testing metrics reporting for a very large portfolio of projects.

 

This position will define and develop the metrics reporting for the program, recommend additional supporting metrics resources as needed, and lead the successful reporting and communication of testing metrics throughout the phases of testing for the entire integration program.

 

Partnership with all levels of program resources is critical (test workstream leads, developers, test managers, test coordinators, test analysts, project managers and business SME's).

 

Responsibilities include:

 

         Define a testing/quality metrics approach for the program

         Ensure Tool Integration (Quality Center, ClearQuest, etc.)

         Design testing metrics reports and schedule

         Communicate approach and schedule

         Work with workstream test leads for synchronization and roll-up

         Forecasting resources as needed for metrics support

         Resolution of metrics issues

         Produce and communicate metric reports

 

Generic Managerial Skills

:

·         Oversee and manage metrics reporting resources as applicable

·         Communicate the reports and ongoing program testing measurements to the project stakeholders

·         Exhibits solid communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Can work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
